myFirmation — Terms of Use

By downloading or using myFirmation ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. The app is operated by myFirmation, based in Israel ("we", "us").
1. The service
myFirmation lets you record affirmations in your own voice and play them with sleep sounds. It is for personal well-being only. It is not a medical device and does not give medical, psychological or therapeutic advice. It is not meant to diagnose or treat any condition, including sleep disorders, anxiety or depression. If you have a health concern, talk to a qualified professional.
2. Free trial
New users get a 7-day free trial of myFirmation Pro, starting on first launch. No payment details are needed and you are never charged for it. When the trial ends, Pro features lock unless you choose to buy a plan.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
myFirmation Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Lifetime is a single payment with no renewals. It gives Pro access for as long as we offer the app.
- We may change prices. Any change applies only from your next renewal, and Apple or Google will notify you as their rules require.
4. Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them under their policies:

We cannot issue refunds directly, but if something went wrong, email myfirmation@gmail.com and we will help where we can. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
5. Your content
Affirmations you record or write are yours and are stored on your device (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for what you create. We do not have access to it, so we cannot recover it if it is lost. Use Settings → "Export all recordings" to keep your own backup.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse, copy, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its built-in content (sounds, starter affirmations, design).
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise specific results from using it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The new version will appear on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you continue to use the app after a change, you accept the new Terms.
